Stroke recovery

I had a stroke and I have a traumatic brain injury.

Get back to post-stroke life because there's a lot that happens in your brain.

The five month anniversary of my stroke.

From the stroke side, though, I still, my right side is completely jacked.

The right and left thumb coordination still isn’t there.

getting through a lot of the physical stuff too has been the hardest

My physical therapy is a 30 minute walk every day

these things can come back, but it just takes a long time and a lot of work

when you have a stroke, you can't feel a lot of things

I'm on week five and a half now of recovery.

I've been ordered by everybody to sit on my ass and not do anything

Here's the fun part about a stroke.

it's not a linear process recovery

My equilibrium is off.

the stroke that I had in my medulla oblongata

they went back and they did find it

nobody has any answers on if or when it's going to come back

I can work for about two, three hours a day
